Right to Return

Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods to notify Pump & Package Ltd that they wish to cancel or return an unused item. Once Pump & Package Ltd have been notified the customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost.

Pump & Package Ltd must refund the customer within 14 days of it receiving the goods.

All items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging. All items must not be used or have been installed otherwise a refund may be refused.

Please ensure that you complete a returns form and advise our Webshop Team on webshop@pumppackage.co.uk or 01933 652213 that you wish to return a product.

Warranty / Defective

If for any reason any of your items delivered are damaged or defective please notify our webshop team within 48 hours of receipt. You will need to provide us with your order reference number and the product details.

We will then arrange for collection of the item(s) by our freight partners and/or supply of a replacement where necessary.

You must return the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or by telephone (if requested).
If you are entitled to a refund this will be processed within 14 days.

Products being returned to us under warranty are covered under a ‘return to base’ policy. Items will need to be returned to us with a completed returns form and the original paperwork. Items will then be taken to our workshop or returned to the manufacturer for inspection. We will notify you via e-mail or telephone once this has been carried out.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order.
